Sa Cabana draws off the Seabreeze from the must by saignée, pale and with long acidity. Ca Sa Padrina ferments the same Callet semi-carbonically on a plot of just under one hectare near Biniali, eight months in used oak, 2,000 bottles. Plus a Premsal from Mesquida Mora, biodynamically farmed, saline on the finish and limited to 1,056 bottles.
