Tart at first, then the sweetness follows, and behind it the resinous bitterness of the peel remains. The fruit comes from the old trees on the farm in Sencelles, picked during the few February days of full ripeness.

Taste
Unfiltered and therefore slightly cloudy, with a natural amber color. Noticeably sweeter than an Italian bitter, without losing any of the bitterness.
Usage
Well-chilled neat on ice or topped with dry Cava. As a spritz with soda and an orange slice as an aperitif.
