Character
Summer fruit aromas with clear notes of watermelon and nectarine. Fresh, dynamic, racy and lively on the palate.
Vinification
Callet, Merlot, Manto Negro and Monastrell from biodynamic cultivation. The destemmed berries of the different varieties are pressed, and clarification and fermentation are carried out separately depending on their ripeness. After fermentation, the wine is assembled and aged on its fine lees until just before bottling.
Food Pairing
Pairs well with salads, seafood, rice dishes, and light summer cuisine.
