Character
Fresh, fine, and delicate white fruit, lively on the palate, with hints of salinity and chalk.
Vinification
Biodynamic Premsal and Giró. For the Premsal, the winery combines three techniques: pre-fermentation maceration, carbonic maceration, and fermentation with the grape skins. The Giró is pressed as whole bunches. After separate fermentation, the varieties are blended, with no added sulfites throughout the entire process. Aged on fine lees until immediately before bottling.
