Taste
Goldgrün im Glas, in der Nase frisch geschnittenes Gras und grüne Mandel. Am Gaumen zunächst weich, dann kommt eine deutliche Schärfe im Rachen, die von einer feinen Artischockenbitterkeit getragen wird. Ausgewogen statt spektakulär — ein Öl, das nichts überdeckt.
Usage
Zum Rohverzehr über Tomaten, Fisch und gegrilltes Gemüse, und weil es Schärfe mitbringt, auch über Hülsenfrüchte und Suppen. Aus unserem Sortiment zur Flor de Sal Natural und den grünen Oliven aus Sóller.
