White wine cuvée from Vins Nadal made from the local grape varieties Prensal, Giró Ros and Moscatel. Bright fruit, apple and pear, meet tropical notes and a herbaceous fennel-jasmine nuance. Fresh, dry, with a long, anise-infused finish.
Character
A straw yellow of medium intensity with greenish reflections, clear and luminous. On the nose, light fruit, apple, pear, and nectarine, along with tropical notes of banana and pineapple, and herbaceous hints of fennel and jasmine blossom. On the palate, fresh and dry, with medium acidity and notes of pear, lemon zest, and fennel. The finish is long, refreshing, and characterized by a fine anise note.
Vinification
A white wine cuvée made from Prensal, Giró Ros, and Moscatel, Mallorca's native grape varieties. A fresh, dry wine that highlights the aromas of the island's varietals.
Food Pairing
