A single-varietal Premsal Blanc, the autochthonous white wine grape of Mallorca, from Finca Son Aloy on the mineral-rich limestone soil of Call Vermell. Aged in stainless steel tanks, four months on the fine lees. Precise, fresh, and saline.

Character
Pale yellow with bright green reflections. The nose offers elegant notes of ripe green apple, pear and white peach, intertwined with delicate floral nuances. On the palate, a lively acidity and a fine salty hint provide great precision and depth. The finish is long and elegant, with a delightful touch of aniseed.
Vinification
Premsal (100%) from carefully selected vineyards, hand-picked with strict grape selection in the vineyard. After arrival, the grapes rest overnight, chilled, to preserve freshness and aroma. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 14 to 16°C after gentle static clarification. Subsequently, four months on fine lees, which provides volume and aromatic complexity.
