Intensely fruity, with aromas of almond, grass, banana, and apple. Slightly sweet on the palate, with medium bitterness and medium pungency.
Usage
With its intense fruitiness and medium spiciness, this oil is ideal for cold use: over tomatoes, grilled vegetables, fish or simply on bread. Also good with legumes and over soups. Too good to use for frying.
