One bodega, three colours. Albaflor is the everyday range from Vins Nadal in Binissalem, and tasting all three side by side shows you how a house works.

The Blanco relies on the island varieties Premsal, Giró Ros and Moscatel, bright and with an anise-tinged finish. The Rosat comes from six varieties, 70 percent of them Manto Negro, Premsal and Callet, briefly macerated and seven months on fine lees. The Tinto is the young red from five varieties, without barrel ageing, with fresh cherry and lively acidity. The same handwriting three times, a different result each time.
