An expressive rosé made from Cabernet Sauvignon in a delicate orange-salmon with an onion skin hue. Very aromatic on the nose, with ripe, fresh fruit reminiscent of sweet melon and watermelon. On the palate, a sweet, fresh start with striking acidity, elegant and persistent.

Character
Soft orange-salmon with onion skin tones, clear and brilliant. Very aromatic, with ripe fresh fruit of sweet melon and watermelon. Expressive on the palate, with a sweet, fresh attack, striking acidity, elegant and persistent.
Vinification
Hand-picked into 12kg boxes, followed by 24 hours of cold storage at 4 °C. Fully destemmed, direct pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Pairs well with tapas, salads, grilled vegetables, fish, and white meat.
