Character
Cherry red with ruby-red intensity, clear and bright. On the nose, ripe red fruits, cherry, red currant, and sloe, along with spicy notes of vanilla, nutmeg, and pepper over a mineral base. On the palate, dry, with lively acidity and great freshness.
Vinification
A cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon, Manto Negro, Syrah, Merlot, and Callet. The uncomplicated, young red wine from Vins Nadal, made for carefree enjoyment. Instead of long aging, the focus is on fresh, juicy fruit and lively acidity. An everyday wine, unpretentious but with character.

A versatile companion for everyday cooking. It pairs well with pasta with tomato sauce, pizza, grilled vegetables, white and red meat, as well as a cheese platter.
