Varietal Merlot, cherry red, with dark fruit, chocolate, and vanilla from barrel aging. Dry, smooth, and velvety on the palate.

Character
Medium cherry red with garnet reflections. Aromatic complexity with dark fruit notes of plum and blackberry, complemented by toasted nuts, chocolate, and vanilla. Dry on the palate, light-bodied, supple, and velvety.
Vinification
Hand-picked into 12kg crates, followed by 24 hours of cold storage at 4°C. Fully destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks with pump-overs. The wine then matures for six months in 500-litre second and third-fill barrels.
Food Pairing
Pairs with grilled meats, stews, pasta, and aged cheese.
