Character
Vibrant aromas of ripe red fruits—currant, cherry and pomegranate. Also violets, white pepper and a fine rustic note with hints of geranium leaf and green pepper against a lightly smoky background. Pleasant tannins, fresh and lively on the palate, with a juicy, fruity-sweet finish.
Vinification
All grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks with extended maceration. Subsequently, about 70% of the wine ages for 5 months in French and American oak barrels, while about 30% remains in stainless steel tanks for another 5 months.
Food Pairing
Pairs best with grilled vegetables, pork and poultry, salads, pasta and paella.
