Character
Brilliant ruby red. Aromas of red fruits, pomegranate, and roses. Fresh, lively, and with a fine acidity on the palate.
Vinification
All grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks with a long maceration period. 35% of the wine matures for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, while 65% remains in stainless steel tanks for 4 months.

Perfect with grilled vegetables, salads, pasta, and paella.
