Character
Aromas of ripe black fruits dominate the nose, complemented by spicy, slightly smoky nuances. Powerful and dense on the palate, with a full body and well-integrated tannins. An expressive red wine with noticeable aging potential.
Vinification
After fermentation, the Syrah grapes mature for 24 months in French oak barrels. The long aging in wood gives the wine structure, depth, and its spicy complexity.
