Character
Fresh and inviting on the nose, complex and multi-layered on the palate. Fine hazelnut notes meet a full body and a gentle, well-integrated acidity structure. A Blanc de Noirs, white-pressed from red grapes, with the depth of a red wine.
Vinification
The red Manto Negro grapes are gently pressed white, and the must ferments without skin contact. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks, preserving its freshness and fruitiness.
