Character
An emphatically fresh Sauvignon Blanc with green, vegetal notes, stemming from pressing with the stems. Lively and light on the palate, with a medium body and a clear, invigorating acidity.
Vinification
A combination of two Sauvignon Blanc parcels from different parts of the vineyard. The grapes are pressed with the stems, which gives the wine its vegetal, fresh character. Fermentation and maceration take place in stainless steel tanks, for a light wine with a medium body.
Food Pairing
Pairs well with grilled fish, seafood, goat cheese, salads, and asparagus.
