A fruit-driven rosé made from Merlot, clear and crystalline with a pomegranate red color and pink reflections. On the nose, fresh fruit aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and cherry, alongside grapefruit, nectarine, and a hint of orange blossom. Dry and approachable on the palate, with sweet, intense fruit and good acidity that makes it juicy and refreshing.

Character
Clear and crystalline, pomegranate red with pink reflections. Medium aroma, filled with fresh fruit like strawberry, raspberry and cherry, with grapefruit, nectarine and orange blossom. Dry and friendly on the palate, with sweet, intense fruitiness and good, refreshing acidity.
Vinification
Hand-picked into 12-kg crates, followed by 24 hours of cold storage at 4 °C. Full destemming, direct pressing, and fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Pairs with tapas, salads, grilled vegetables, fish and summer dishes.
