Chardonnay Cuvée with Viognier from Vins Miquel Gelabert in Manacor. Predominantly fermented in French oak, aged for six months on fine lees. Vanilla and smoke meet citrus and tropical fruit, with a delicate buttery note. Full-bodied, complex, and with a very long finish.

Character
A golden yellow with light green hues, clear and bright. On the nose, vanilla and smoke, along with citrus notes and tropical fruits like pineapple, banana, and mango, with a subtle hint of butter. On the palate, very long, well-balanced, and full-bodied.
Vinification
A cuvée of Chardonnay (91%) and Viognier (9%) from Manacor. The wine is fermented predominantly in French oak, with a small proportion in American oak, and then aged for six months on its fine lees. It undergoes malolactic fermentation, which gives it its creamy texture and full body.
Food Pairing
Pairs well with fish in sauce, fish stews, and oven-baked fish, as well as light meats. The body and oak aging also stand up to creamy sauces.
