White wine cuvée by Vins Miquel Gelabert made from Riesling, Moscatell, Giró Ros and Viognier. Partially aged in steel tanks, partially aged for six months on lees in French barriques. Green apple and floral notes with a subtle hint of wood. Fresh, structured, balanced.

Character
A pale yellow with greenish reflections, clear and luminous. On the nose, floral notes and fresh fruits, green apple, with a very subtle hint of wood. On the palate, fresh, with a very balanced acidity.
Vinification
A white wine cuvée made from Riesling, Moscatell, Giró Ros, and Viognier. The wine is produced in two ways: Riesling and Moscatell ferment in stainless steel tanks, preserving their freshness, while Giró Ros and Viognier ferment in French oak and mature there for six months on the fine lees. This combination gives the wine the freshness of a young white wine and at the same time the structure and body of a matured one.
Food Pairing
Pairs well with all kinds of fish and seafood, best simply cooked or au naturel. Also with creamy vegetable soups, canapés and aperitifs.
