A biodynamic orange wine (brisat) made from Giró Ros and Premsal, fermented on the skins for ten days and aged for six months in a concrete egg. Unfined. Bright golden colour, round and balanced.

Character
Surprising, bright golden color, coming from the preparation and intense coloring of the skins of both varieties, especially the Giró. On the nose, a mixture of white fruits, pear and apple, and honey with some vegetal nuances. Round and balanced, without excessive acidity. A brisat that never gets boring.
Vinification
Giró Ros and Premsal from biodynamic cultivation. Separate maceration and fermentation of both varieties with their skins (brisat) for ten days. The time of pressing was determined by tasting, and fermentation finished in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, the wine matured for six months on fine lees in concrete eggs. No added sulfites, no fining.
Food Pairing
Excellent with charcuterie, aged hard cheese, and spicy, aromatic cuisine. Due to skin contact, it also pairs well with North African or Asian dishes.
