Character
A bright yellow, clear and fresh. A lively, uncomplicated white wine with light fruit and good tension. Light-footed and easy to drink.
Vinification
A white wine cuvée of Premsal Blanc, Giró Ros, and Chardonnay from inland Mallorca near Sencelles, grown predominantly on the red clay soil of Call Vermell. The grapes are hand-picked into crates. Each variety and parcel ferments separately in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation and ages on its fine lees, which gives it both freshness and texture.
Food Pairing
A fresh companion to light cuisine. It pairs well with fish and seafood, salads, vegetables, and as an aperitif.
