Character
A soft, full-bodied white wine with good acidity. The initial impression is mild, while on the palate it offers volume and a pleasant, lingering character. This cuvée of Premsal Blanc and Chardonnay combines Mediterranean richness with freshness.
Vinification
Hand-harvested, then the grapes go directly into the pneumatic press. Fermentation takes place exclusively in stainless steel tanks, which preserves the fruit and freshness.
