Rosé made from pure Manto Negro by Vins Nadal, D.O. Binissalem. Pale salmon pink, with red berries, rose petals, and a hint of caramel on the nose. Dry and fresh, with juicy fruit and balanced acidity. The ideal companion to fish, seafood, and rice dishes.
Character
A pale salmon pink with medium intensity, clear and bright. On the nose, red forest fruits, cherry, raspberry and blackberry, with sloe, floral notes of rose petals and a hint of caramel. Dry on the palate, with medium acidity and aromas of cherry, grapefruit, fennel and bay leaf. Juicy and dense, with a fresh, balanced finish.
Vinification
A rosé made from pure Manto Negro, Mallorca's indigenous red wine grape, from the D.O. Binissalem. The grapes are gently pressed, so that only a little colour and tannin from the skins enter the wine, hence the pale salmon pink. A fresh, dry rosé, intended for young, cool enjoyment.
Food Pairing
Pairs well with grilled fish, seafood and rice dishes. Specifically, with paella or arròs brut, grilled prawns or octopus, but also with light appetizers and Mediterranean vegetables.
