Character
Intense cherry red. Complex nose with aromas of red and black fruits, cherry, spice and mineral notes, as well as tobacco, smoke and vanilla. Very pleasant on the palate, full-bodied and velvety, with wonderful balance and the magnificent depth of a Manto Negro grape grown at high altitude.
Vinification
Manto Negro from the Ses Terrases plot, located 400 meters above sea level, the highest Manto Negro plot in Mallorca and thus in the world. Six-year-old vines. Vinification takes place with whole clusters and without external intervention for a total of 45 days. The mash is then gently pressed. The wine remains in contact with the fine lees until bottling and is only lightly filtered.
Food Pairing
Harmonious accompaniment to all kinds of meat dishes, even fatty fish, as well as to traditional Tramuntana cuisine.
