Character
Pale onion skin with violet reflections. Citrus and floral notes, apricot and a hint of pastry and cream. On the palate, approachable, juicy, intense and enveloping.
Vinification
Organically grown Syrah and Manto Negro, hand-picked from the fourth week of August. Cold direct pressing, low-temperature pre-clarification, followed by twenty days of fermentation at 15 °C.
Food Pairing
Goes well with seafood, grilled fish, rice dishes, and Mediterranean salads. Also as an aperitif.
