Character
In the glass, a rich golden yellow shines with sparkling reflections. The nose opens with fresh citrus fruit, underlaid by ripe white fruit and a delicate hint of honey. On the palate, full-bodied yet supported by lively freshness. The finish is long, soft, and with a delicate honeyed sweetness.
Vinification
78% of the wine fermented and aged for 4 months in stainless steel tanks. 22% (Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc) aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
