A young, light red wine made from Merlot, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon, the red counterpart to Esblanc. Lively, pale red with garnet reflections. Harmonious and fruity on the nose, with cherry, strawberry, and raspberry and a delicate spiciness. Light yet enveloping on the palate, with young tannins and a fresh, balanced structure. Best served slightly chilled.

Character
Lively, pale red with garnet reflections. A very harmonious, fruit-driven bouquet of cherry, strawberry, and raspberry with spicy notes. Light yet enveloping on the palate, with young tannins, fresh acidity, and a balanced, sweet start. An uncomplicated, light-footed red wine.
Vinification
Hand-picked into 18 kg boxes, with grape selection before storage. Fermentation is temperature-controlled in stainless steel tanks between 22 and 28 degrees, with no oak aging, to preserve the fruit and freshness of the young wine.
Food Pairing
Pairs well with charcuterie, pasta, pizza, poultry, and mild cheeses.
