A Blanc de Merlot, pressed white from the red Merlot grape. Directly pressed to avoid any color, it appears very pale and crystal clear. Surprisingly fresh for a powerful Mediterranean wine, with aromas of grapefruit, white pepper, and blossoming basil. Creamy on the palate and at the same time dynamically fresh.

Character
Very pale and crystal clear in the glass. The nose surprises with freshness, alongside aromas of grapefruit, white pepper, and blossoming basil. On the palate, great creaminess and a dynamic freshness, a balance of rare independence.
Vinification
Manual harvest into 18 kg boxes with grape selection before pressing. The red Merlot grapes are pressed directly before fermentation to separate pulp and skin and to avoid extracting any color. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks between 14 and 16 degrees Celsius.
