A medium-bodied red wine with a deep color and medium, well-integrated tannins. Maturation in French oak and ceramic gives it structure without losing its approachability. A juicy, very drinkable red.
Vinification
Hand-harvested in August 2023. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine matures for six months in French oak barrels and ceramic vessels. This results in a medium-bodied red wine with medium tannins and intense color.

Pairs well with grilled meat, pasta, charcuterie, poultry, and medium-strength cheese.
