A single-varietal, organically grown Callet, bottled unfiltered. Ten days of skin contact, no oak. A young, delicate red wine with a light color and red berry notes. Limited to 967 bottles.
Character
Bright cherry red with a violet rim. Red and wild berries on the nose, the result of careful whole bunch fermentation. Subtle and approachable on the palate, fruit-driven, with a short, pleasant finish.
Vinification
Callet (100%) organically grown, hand-picked in the fourth week of August. Cold destemming, followed by ten days of maceration at 23 °C. Young wine with no oak aging. Bottled unfiltered – natural sediment may form in the wine.
Food Pairing
A light red for Mediterranean cuisine: tapas, grilled vegetables, poultry, mild cheese. Serve lightly chilled.
