Barrel-aged rosé made from pure Pinot Noir by Vins Miquel Gelabert. Matured for six months in French oak on fine lees. Floral notes and red fruits meet a delicate hint of wood. Fresh, with powerful acidity and a long finish.

Character
A pale pink, clear and bright. The nose offers floral notes and fresh fruits, strawberry and raspberry, with a very delicate hint of wood. On the palate fresh, with powerful acidity and a finish reminiscent of red fruits. Long, balanced and persistent.
Vinification
A rosé made from pure Pinot Noir. The wine is fermented in French oak and then matured for six months on its fine lees. It undergoes malolactic fermentation, which gives it fullness and a fine, subtle hint of oak. A full-bodied rosé that can do more than most of its kind.
Food Pairing
It pairs well with all kinds of aperitifs, with rice dishes, and with white meat. Its fullness also allows it to accompany richer appetizers.
