Character
Deep garnet red. Complex bouquet of blackcurrant, blackberries, Havana tobacco, cocoa, and spices. Full-bodied and expressive on the palate, with ripe tannins and harmoniously integrated acidity.
Vinification
All grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks with a long maceration and then aged for 24 months in French oak barrels.
Food Pairing
Aged cheeses, truffle-infused dishes, and aged and grilled meats. Also an excellent digestif – especially in combination with dark chocolate.
