Character
A medium-intensity, clear and bright raspberry red. The nose reveals red fruits, cherry and redcurrant, along with pomegranate and a hint of caramel. Fresh and dry on the palate, with medium acidity and notes of cherry, redcurrant and caramel. The finish shows a delicate note of anise, fresh and elegant.
Vinification
A rosé made from six varieties, dominated by the island varieties Manto Negro, Prensal, and Callet, which together make up 70 percent, supplemented by Merlot, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes were harvested in September 2024 and briefly macerated with the must in stainless steel tanks before the juice was drawn off, hence the light color. After fermentation at a controlled 18 °C, the wine matured for seven months on its fine lees. This gives it texture without sacrificing freshness.
Food Pairing
Pairs well with grilled fish and seafood, fresh salads, and rice dishes like paella. A versatile summer wine for light, Mediterranean cuisine.
