Single-variety Manto Negro from Vins Nadal in the D.O. Binissalem. A young, fresh red wine with red forest berries, sloe, and a spicy note of fennel and bay leaf. Slightly chilled, it's a juicy, uncomplicated companion. Dry, dense, with balanced acidity.

Character
A medium, clear Burgundy red, radiant in the glass. The nose offers red forest fruits, cherry, raspberry, and blackberry, along with sloe, mineral notes, and a hint of undergrowth. Dry on the palate, with medium acidity and aromas of cherry, sloe, fennel, and laurel. Dense and liqueur-like, with a medium finish that is fresh and balanced.
Vinification
Single-varietal Manto Negro from D.O. Binissalem, Mallorca's indigenous red grape variety. A young wine, unoaked, which matures on its fine lees after fermentation. This lees ageing gives it texture and depth without masking the fruit. Served slightly chilled, it reveals its fresh, juicy side.
Food Pairing
With its fresh character, this wine pairs with more than just heavy cuisine. It complements grilled lamb or veal tartare well, but also works lightly chilled with seared tuna, charcuterie boards, or a Mallorcan sobrassada.
