White wine cuvée from Vins Nadal made from the native varieties Giró Ros, Premsal, and Moscatel. Aged seven months on fine lees, partly in American oak. Tropical fruit, mango, and lychee meet caramel and a fine vanilla note. Fresh, dense, with a long finish.

Character
Straw yellow with golden reflections, clear and brilliant. The nose reveals tropical fruits, mango and lychee, with notes of light fruits, caramel and a hint of vanilla. Fresh and dense on the palate, with medium acidity and aromas of tropical fruit and caramel on the finish. A long aftertaste with a subtle vanilla note.
Vinification
A white wine cuvée from the native varieties Giró Ros, Premsal and Moscatel. 30 percent of the wine matured for three months in oak barrels. Subsequently, the entire wine was blended in tanks and aged on the lees. This gives it fullness and a fine vanilla note without overpowering the fruit.
Food Pairing
Pairs well with grilled fish and seafood, rice dishes like paella or risotto, and white meats such as chicken or veal. The richness from the barrel aging also complements creamy sauces.
